VA Health interview questions

You sit down in a large room with three interviewers. The interview questions are very basic and customer service oriented. The interviewers are managers of the different teams. The questions are common sense and situational. Describe a time you dealt with a difficult patient/customer/family member. How did you handle this?

There was an interview with 5 leaders. The night shift lead, day shift lead, evening lead, the operations manager and the operations co-manager I think? They asked about 15 questions and wrote down their answers on a paper. It was an in person interview at about 10 am. They then asked me to submit 3 references one being a supervisor after the interview.
