Phone interview with district manager, in person interview with hospital manager, and then two working interviews with veterinarians at the hospital. The hospital also asked for a list of references.

No specific questions. During working interviews, was asked what I thought of appointments and what I would do in those situations. I am a new grad and they asked pretty basic questions.
