I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at VCA (Victorville, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I went into the hospital and completed an application on site. Waited about 2 wk for a call to schedule an interview. The manager was calm and the environment was sort of the opposite. The only thing that caught me off guard was the assessment test, but other than that it was pretty easy. The manager asked that ridiculous "how many balls would it take to fill etc etc" question, again the place was really busy and it kind of sucked to take a test in a noisy break room area but it went smoothly.
