VDL Groep Engineer interview questions

Was very easy, they show the factory facilities, and what they do. The problem was the contract they propose: I should stay (mandatory!) 3 years in the company and if I leave I had to pay a fine. And the salary, less than 3000 gross euros per month was a shame for a normal engineer in Netherlands. They told me in 3 years I will raise my position for project manager, it is a normal process in the company (they say). And, I found a worker (Dutch), that worked as project engineer for the first time in VDL and for his/her first job in life.
