Pretty fast, I got a phone interview and then got sent the assessment that same day to see what level I was at and then 3-4 days later got scheduled to come in person to see the location/hospital and meet the nursing manager and a week later I got an offer. This all happened within the span of 2-3 weeks.

Two phone/virtual interviews prior to an in person interview/job shadow. Has been a smooth and friendly process so far, working with scheduling around your current availability for the interviews. Part of the process includes an in depth "quiz" to test your knowledge and skill set.

I had a phone call with a talent manager. Brett was kind and personable and fun to talk to. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and got back to me with answers that he didn't know at the time.
