Not too bad about 30 min long phone interview. Asked good thought provoking questions to see how you think and asked about what you think of their work model. Interactive interview with really nice interviewers

One location ghosted me which was quite unprofessional. Had a really great phone interview & the manager mentioned how she was so excited to get back to me with an offer. I tried to follow up by phone message and email but never received any response, at the very least a "sorry we decided to not to make an offer" would've been nice. At a second location there was a phone interview with hiring team, then a second zoom interview with HM, then a working interview.
