I applied online. I interviewed at VEG ER for Pets (San Jose, CA)
Interview
Started with a phone screening, then they ask you to take an online assessment. From there, you will go in person to "shadow" the hospital for the in person interview. It felt less like an interview and more so for you to see if you're okay with the open concept hospital. Thought the interview process itself was fine, but was ghosted afterwards, no updates even after reaching out. Would appreciate if companies respect people's time more and at least respond to say no. During the interview, they even picked up a call and rejected another candidate in front of me.
Pretty fast, I got a phone interview and then got sent the assessment that same day to see what level I was at and then 3-4 days later got scheduled to come in person to see the location/hospital and meet the nursing manager and a week later I got an offer. This all happened within the span of 2-3 weeks.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
skills, what I wanted to learn/work on, client communciation, teamwork, etc
Two phone/virtual interviews prior to an in person interview/job shadow. Has been a smooth and friendly process so far, working with scheduling around your current availability for the interviews. Part of the process includes an in depth "quiz" to test your knowledge and skill set.

Question 1
One question that everyone asked was my comfort level with performing skills in front of client as they are an open concept hospital.
