The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at VF (Nottingham, England)
Interview
Very very easy. Applied online. Received the confirmation email. I did the video call and after a week the face to face interview.
The interview was super easy. No math or tech skills are required. The only skill actually required is the second language. Furthermore, a bit of communication, negotiation and customer service skills are required for the job. So it was a pretty standard experience.

Question 1
All the standard ones you can find on the internet. "Tell me about yourself" is probably the hardest.
I applied online. I interviewed at VF (Calverton, East Midlands, England) in Jun 2017
Interview
The process itself was not very well organised. The position I initially applied for was filled in on the same day I applied for it. I was contacted a couple of months later for another vacancy. The recruitment specialist was always very nice, polite and positive. I then had a telephone interview which was short but fine. Right after I was conracted again to be told the position was placed on hold. A couple of weeks later I was contacted again for the same position but with a fixed term contract instead of a permanent position as I originally applied for and was always told that there is a lot of room for progression and high chances of becoming permanent. After I had my face to face interview it took nearly 2 weeks for a response. So on and all it took over a month to be recruited.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at VF (Nottingham, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
I was invited to apply to the job after I was contacted directly by the company. They invited me for a telephone interview which went well.
They invited me for a face to face interview.I thought at that point that I might have good chances since they knew I lived far and that I would have to relocate.
I was interviewd by two young ladies who,I think, were very prejudiced.I replied correctly about questions about the history and nature of the business.I demonstrated that I knew what the position was about. After the interview they didn't get back to me I had to make several phone calls and a lady told me that I was not selected because I appeared nervous. But I know it's not the real reason.
I think they are very hypocrite as a company,at least here in the UK.
