Standard corporate recruiter 30 min phone screening, and then I had a 30 min video interview with the hiring manager. That’s as far as I got. Overall they didn’t seem to have their stuff together. The job description was not accurate, the recruiter ended up submitting me for a position I wasn’t qualified for, and then the hiring manager led with a bunch of technical questions that I didn’t have answers for since I wasn’t qualified. The hiring manager wasn’t very conversational or overly welcoming or friendly. VF had always been my ideal “dream job” company but not anymore.
