The interview mode is direct and they asked simple questions to check communication and self introduction. They ask whether we are able to do night shifts and do we have any health issues before or now... Simple questions and easy to crack

Interview
The recruiters were very aggressive when it came to contacting me. In fact, you'll notice this same feedback on various social media platforms. They will contact you via phone, text, and email to tell you the same thing and then continuously harass you until you reply. The overall interview experience with the client's hiring manager was fine and not difficult at all. It was only a single panel interview in which they all took turns to ask me questions about my experience and they also took time to go over the project details. However, I was surprised that they were expecting me to complete the conversion of over 500 training materials in about a year. When I asked if this meant that I had to complete about 2 deliverables a day, their response was, "We are more concerned with quality than quantity." However, this still did not address their short turnaround time for completing this massive project. There was also a lack of timely responses when it came to them responding to some of my additional questions. In fact, it would take nearly two days or longer to hear back from the client each time they were contacted which indicated that there were communication issues with the team. When I finally received an offer for the contract, I was told it would take 1 month before my start date and the client would not negotiate on this. Ultimately, I decided to turn down the role. The main reason for my decision was based on the poor communication experience with the client and also because I was told that other contractors had turned down the role before me (which is an obvious red flag).
