VKare IT Solutions interview questions

The interview process went very well in the beginning which in total was of 2 rounds. one with the HR and one with the top management. I was questioned about PHP development as I was fresher. I was given the offer to join with a very good pay package to be fair on them.

First round was telephonic round where my communication skill was judged. Second round was face to face interview with HR where they checked my team handling capability and self confidence. Third round was technical where my technical skills were checked and final round was salary discussion round.
