I applied online and received a phone call asking to set up an interview. I was very dressed up (interview ready) and quickly noticed that I was WAY overdressed. I recommend a nice shirt and skirt or slacks for the interview - not a suit like I had on!! Office dress code is business casual attire and once you're with the company (away from public view) you quickly adapt to wearing jeans everyday and a more relaxed dress code.
