The HR department initially mishandled the lead interview process. The first round of interviews went smoothly, as I conversed with a senior designer who appeared to be a decent person. However, the second round surprisingly involved a task which never mentioned by HR at the begging. A step I found unnecessary given the detailed portfolio discussion and process-related conversation during the previous round. Despite my reservations, I reluctantly agreed to proceed. Unfortunately, my instincts were correct. The Product Owner (PO) I encountered in the second round came across as a rather peculiar individual with a significant ego. Their approach created a chaotic and stressful atmosphere right from the beginning, marked by unclear requests and questions delivered in broken English. This experience left me pondering what it would be like to work with such individuals on a daily basis. Given the chaotic and stressful nature of the interview, I've decided that this opportunity is not the right fit for me. So, I extend my thanks but respectfully decline further interview process!!! Waste of time!!!!
