Valiant Solutions interview questions

Interview were normal, their interviewers were very nice, with appropriate questions that were challenging but not overly difficult. The company told me I should be expecting a call about an offer, then ghosted me and no longer responds to any emails. Very poor ethics, I am fine if they do not want to hire someone, but after three interviews have the decency to just tell them "you were not selected".

small test for the review your knowledge, small algortihm questions , in person knowledge test, background check after interview, quick reply after the interview, also asked questions about the software development process, as an employee I asked about the solution and the patterns they follow.
