Basically, they want to know all about you, as normal, then a lot of young judgmental types, asking questions, and you can tell by there actions and actually kind of funny signs to each other, if your going to get much further, been through many interviews, and had many high paying jobs, they really do not seem to be looking at the talent in front of them, in fact they informed me they are very picky, fine, I accept that, then went on to inform me they have already interviewed 80 people, and only hired 6, for the many they had open, I was actually amused as I saw the subtle signs going about, actually comical at times, I thought with the many years, and proven track record I would get the job, after the interview, as i was walking out I decided there and then I wouldn't work for them, even though I had worked for them as a contractor a few times in the past, told the recruiter the same after the interview, not sure what they are looking for, but seems they want yes people, not real problem solvers, or people with real experience
