Interview
The first step is a group discussion.The topics are random (from demonetisation to fast food) and an option to change the topic is given if the group is unfamiliar.The discussion is timed and volume of speech is less important than valid points spoken.If you speak for 2-3 times with new and concrete points you can get to the next round easily.
There was 1 interview which included tech & hr.It was pretty informal and it was like talking to one of your friends but make sure you know everything about your project and can talk about it at length.

Company introduction during pre placement talk. Group discussion followed by interview. Only HR questions during interview. Interview went for very short time and result came on the same day. .
One of worst recruitment processes I have ever seen... waste of time...

Thank you for your feedback. Our interview process has been redefined and is Competency Based. Our Managers too are trained on the same. We have a set of competencies in VSPL that enable success and culture fitment. We focus on this only along with personal background in the interview process
