The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.

Applied through placement service. It took 7 to 8 days to line up the interview. There are two rounds of interview. One with business head and after 7-8 days second round with SCM head and HR.After 7-8 HR collected the documents and released the offer letter in next 40 -45 days. Overall 60 days took the process.
