Interview
I had an interview at the Kent office after a phone screening. I was greeted in the busy lobby by a smiling managers. She brought me upstairs for a group interview. There were 3 people. It was welcomed. They answered my questions. It was situational and open-ended interview questions.
Interviews are conducted on Zoom. There are 2-3 interviewers present including a recruiter if you met with one. I had 2 interviewers present a general supervisor and the office supervisor.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Valley Cities (New York, NY)
Interview
Called for phone screen, came in for 1:1, came for group interview. It was very quick compared to the other agencies I applied for. The supervisor called within a week of each interview to notify me.
