I had a phone call interview with someone from the recruiting team. It was mainly focused on the company and day-to-day tasks rather than asking about personal/professional experiences and why I’d be a good fit for the role.

Question 1
They didn’t ask a single question. It was mainly me asking them questions to keep the conversation going.
I applied online. I interviewed at ValuTeachers (Nocatee, FL) in Nov 2020
Interview
Very pleasant conversation, not rushed so there was enough time to discuss the needs of the position and the nature/history of the company and how my experience and past work would be a great fit for the opportunity. There was also a timed skills test, to determine my ability to work under pressure with minimal instruction and tools. The people were friendly, the office space was open and attractive - I think this would be a very nice place to work, but alas, I was the runner-up candidate. But I would definitely apply again if another opportunity opens up!
