Value Logic interview questions

Applied on craigslist.com, the lead supervisor gave me a call to schedule an interview which was done by the founder of the company. He is very hands on in his hiring approach. It was one of the more candid interviews I have ever experienced. He will ask you straight up why you want the job and what you have that qualifies you. Very analytical. After being hired, you fill out a 2 page application and someone calls you to meet outside one of the navy bases for more paperwork to be filled out for entry to the base.
