First was a telephone conversation with recruitment, I was then invited to a second interview with what would be my manager should i be successful, this was done via teams. The majority of the hour long interview was them telling me how great the company was, very few questions were actually asked of me and it was very difficult to get a word in throughout the whole call. Upon finishing the conversation i was advised that its all very positive and ill be hearing from them shortly regarding next steps, i was then ghosted and haven't heard anything since, no feedback and no rejection email. Overall a very strange process.
