phone interview & then I got to an on site interview with 3 people, first a team leader, then another team leader and then human resource woman, it all went well and I was asked pretty relevant questions and not too tricky that test my basic thinking and logic.

Two people team asks algo question, in my case it was two. The pro is to use own editor not strange apps. Very short intro and straight to work. Strange no actual domain questions were asked
