Good enough. Talked to manager for a long time, explained my background and skills. Very good questions came from him. The company was not so big back in that time so they didn´t have a HR department.

Internal HR recruiter reached out. Seeing if I was interested/ fit for the job. Had 3 phone interviews and 1 informal coffee interview. Not too bad of a process. I have had worse.
