      I interviewed at Vay (Germany)

      Interview

Clear and open interview process. I did 2 rounds, one with HR and one with technical manager. The first interview was more on the motivational side and the goal was to get to know each others. The second one was more technical. We did a deep dive on my previous experiences, followed by some technical questions. Both were productive and lead to intersting conversations.
