Very easy. Study interview questions, get the job. Know how to speak to people and they’ll want you to start even sooner. Very easy interview, basic questions. Easy to pass. Only one round.
Very detailed. You can tell that they care about the people they hire. If you didn’t understand a question or couldn’t think of the answer right then and there, you could skip it and answer later to receive full or partial credit.

What is DHCP and what items can be set using DHCP, Group Policies (GPO's), items you might use for Active Directory administration in MMC console, what is a Forest/what are "trees" in AD, etc. Very basic Helpdesk 101 type question that you should learn in your first year of being a Sys Admin

I posted my resume on USAJobs, got an email from the recruiter, the following day I got an email about a technical interview over the phone. The technical interview lasted for one hour and it consisted of server and networking questions.
