Question 1
What if the customer can never complete the requirements? Meaning, each time the requirements are slated to be done, they continually make changes. And, BTW, they are OK with schedule delays and cost implications by continually making changes to the requirements. What would you do?
Several rounds, which included a candidate exercise. They were very interested in the personality and cultural fit, along with technical skills and experience. Overall the process was well organized and I enjoyed the experience.

What are the trends influencing pharmaceutical organisations?
Not bad, 2 technical rounds followed by manager round. HR will call to make final salary negotiations. Mostly the salary is on par with market. You need good negotiation skills to get good package
