I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Veeva Systems in Oct 2020
Interview
Applying for the position was a multifaceted and a months-long process. The process takes 1-3 months from applying to receiving an offer.
First step is a general screen where they ask you about what you know about the program and for you to ask general questions. Second step is by far the most challenging, requiring a 50 minute presentation and demo of Veeva's Vault software. Third step is with a manager, asking more general questions about your resume and experiences. Fourth step is a Q&A with a current associate consultant, who also asks about your experiences and culture fit questions. Final step is an interview with the program director, and is more or less analogous to the third interview, though with a higher up manager.

Question 1
Why are you interested in the life sciences industry?
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
