Horrible and unprofessional experience with the Vault Team. Had an initial 1 hour call (standard BQs) with HM who seemed uninterested to begin with. What shocked me was when I was scolded by the HM for not giving him an exact number for my desired compensation. He then refused to tell me the base salary range for the role (which is required by law in CA), and instead gave me an email for someone in finance to follow up on salary range. I never received a response from this person, and I also followed up with the initial recruiter multiple times with no response. The ridiculous hiring practices listed on other sites (Blind) are true, stay away unless you are desperate!

First round is the hiring manager round.
Second round is the technical coding round, asked to build a basic UI component.
Questions were vague but easy. They didn’t seem very interested, which makes me think if they were actually looking to hire anyone!
