I was initially contacted on LinkedIn by their talent acquisition team, who believed I might be a good fit for this position. We scheduled a call, and I was informed that the process would involve three stages. After passing the pre-screening, I was forwarded to the hiring manager, who then mentioned it would actually be a five-stage interview process. I had a conversation with the hiring manager and was then invited to the third stage, which required me to prepare a presentation exercise. Despite being told that I would receive feedback after each stage, after submitting my presentation, I only received an automatic rejection email with no explanation.
