Spoke with a recruiter/hiring manager and was ghosted. Have the maturity as an adult to let candidates know if they are or aren't going to move forward in the process.
I tell myself not to do coding challenges due to the often extreme asymmetry of effort bet. interviewer/interviewee. esp. since this project was 8-12 hrs of (unpaid) work. Was told he didn't receive the project. Then after resend said "I'll have the team review asap". Follow up a week later, terse rejection, no feedback.
