Interviewed for a role, process was extremely fast and talked with 3 people, including a portfolio presentation. Got the offer. However, during the entire process, the recruiting process felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable at times - for example, the recruiter would reach out via text unsolicited, instead of email.
When I declined the offer, the recruiter became extremely hostile and aggressive over phone, where I was berated at for over 15 minutes. I had not verbally agreed to the offer or signed anything, so I was shocked at her reaction. She would not take no for an answer, and would not allow me to speak during this call — incredibly dehumanizing. It was the worst interviewing experience I have ever had, I would highly encourage you all to stay away.

Interview
It was smooth. Fantastic from start to beginning. They were very open and honest from the beginning and laid out the steps for me so I had a clear understanding. This was greatly appreciated.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Venafi in Feb 2024
Interview
4 round process. Recruiter call, portfolio walkthrough, design challenge, and then a final round with the managers. Although the process was okay, I was able to ask the Lead designer who was interviewing me a bunch of questions regarding the role and who I would be reporting to and mentored by. Although she gave me a general idea of the position, during the final round, the two managers said I wasn't a good fit and they didn't want to "waste any more of my time" yet it was already the 4th round... Let alone they said I lacked the ability to collaborate with software developers yet that requirement was not mentioned in either the jod description or when I asked the Lead designer. Very confusing interview process when even the lead designer didn't even know much about the role...
