Ventana Micro Systems Rtl Design Engineer interview questions

There where 4 technical interviews for which i answered all questions, then the hiring manager asked for current salary, he said he will get back, but it looks like he didn't get back as he can't match my current salary. The technical interviews were too easy, the hiring manager had a particularly bad attitude and was ignoring my mail without informing the results, a complete waste of my time, all this is after guaranteeing me that he will get back. Please do not waste our time.
