Kind of informal. Just wanted to hear about experience and assess fit. Asked about previous jobs. Wasn’t the best interview I had but people were friendly and genuinely curious. Heard back later that I didn’t get the job.
I've interviewed here a couple of times. The 30 minute hiring manager interview both times included hasty technical questions, leaving very little time for talking about myself. The second time I interviewed, I weaved in mentions of my past experience while discussing answers to technical questions. The interviewer told me "if we- WHEN we talk again I'd like to hear more about your experience." And then the next day rejected me saying that my answers were long-winded. Both experiences were pretty mediocre as an interviewee.
