I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Verbit (Kissimmee, FL) in May 2021
Interview
Waste of time! 5 interviews no offer no feedback! Mind you I reached out for feedback never heard back! Incompetent and unprofessional interview process that should have you all run far far away!
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Verbit (New York, NY) in Dec 2020
Interview
Initial interview is discussing OTE along with monthly expectations. Second is with SDR manager where you are invited to role play in cold call. During this call, you'll be evaluated not so much on project knowledge but on level of research of persona and ability to close for demo

Question 1
Past experience working in enterprise accounts? Typical targets in C-Suite? How do you handle objections
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Verbit
Interview
The interviewer talked the entire time - I think I literally said 2 sentences within 30 minutes, no joke - and he was multitasking. He stopped mid sentence to text, answer emails, etc. He mansplained different sales processes to me (didn't bother asking if I understood it already - duh, I did) while trying to talk me out of taking other offers. Then told me that my compensation expectations are too high because I'll be put into a job that's too challenging for me and I'll fail.... Literally worst interview experience I've ever had. I was in disbelief, I would wonder if he could see it on my face, but on second thought he probably didn't notice since he was so busy on his phone. Oh and, he didn't ask me a single question about myself, my experience, or my sales record. Bizarre, truly.
