VeriSource Services interview questions

I was interviewed twice. Once by the owner (female) and the other by the managers of the two main departments. During the second interview, I was given a personality test.

I was contacted via email for interview. Interviewed with supervisor one on one. The following week, I interviewed with two directors and owner. I was given a personality/IQ test. I had two weeks of training. I would recommend that you ask about turnover, expectations for what time you should be at work, how do they handle personal time off for kids, sickness, etc. Confirm that attendance bonus results in write up if you do not get two bonuses. This means you cannot call in sick for 3 months or come in two minutes late.
