I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Veridium
Interview
Neat and quick process - chat with HR, technical interview, discussion with CEO. The HR chat was quite insightful and not full of the usual company talk, it was a discussion about myself. The tech interview was scheduled a few days after, remote. The interviewer was super friendly and we had a nice design and coding session. The CEO chat was also nice. I appreciate them for investing this much in the process. I think everything took about a week - from start to getting the offer which was super nice but I declined due to personal reasons. I think it would have been a great place to work at.

Question 1
The main requirement was to design a certain service and the interview focused on both the design of the service - architecture, splitting the responsibilities, tech stack - as well as some coding for some of the more interesting features. I didn't write ready to compile code, more like an advanced pseudo-code. Then we talked about possible performance improvements. Nice interview! One of the most interesting I've ever had.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Veridium (New York, NY) in Nov 2021

Quick and Sharp. Technical as well as behavior questions .
The Interview stretched over 3 separate sessions.
The first one was with an HR representative and it was a discussion about soft skills and it featured two tests, one Personality Test and one IQ Test.
The second session was a discussion/interview with an employee from the DevOps Team and it featured questions primarily focused (~80-90%) on the official Job Description.
A third, and final session, was held in the presence of the Head of the entire Dev/QA/DevOps teams and it tackled past experiences and situations, and salary talk.
