Interview
It was a very straight forward and simple process with three steps:
1) Phone interview with the recruiter, in which she asked about my background experience, how familiar I was with the company and market.
2) Face-to-face interview/mock presentation with the manager and a Sr Sales Engineer, in which they reviewed my background experience, followed by the mock presentation on a case scenarios.
3) Phone interview with the director, in which he asked me about my background on which kind of market and customers I was familiar with, key projects and clientes, and the reasons I would consider the company.

IT was some questions around third-part platforms integration and migration strategies.
Just the right number of video calls. It gave me an impression on how the company operates, how the sales team works and how management thinks. Deliver a presentation, have a conversation about the SE role and responsabilities - done.

Call with Human Resources, Call with Hiring Manager, Call with Peers. Presentation to a wider team on the data protection world and offerings. The process was very quick and seamless. enjoyable process engaging with good people.

Interview
I was referred by one of the current sales engineer which we worked as team mate before. There were total 3 interviews done. First with the HR and about 30 minutes, secondly with the hiring manager and the technical director, lastly with the country manager of Australia and Indonesia. All done by Zoom meeting.
