It was a very straight forward and simple process with three steps: 1) Phone interview with the recruiter, in which she asked about my background experience, how familiar I was with the company and market. 2) Face-to-face interview/mock presentation with the manager and a Sr Sales Engineer, in which they reviewed my background experience, followed by the mock presentation on a case scenarios. 3) Phone interview with the director, in which he asked me about my background on which kind of market and customers I was familiar with, key projects and clientes, and the reasons I would consider the company.

Just the right number of video calls. It gave me an impression on how the company operates, how the sales team works and how management thinks. Deliver a presentation, have a conversation about the SE role and responsabilities - done.
