Headhunted by recruitment team member, initial call to discuss key details. First "interview" with VP for the team. Shockingly unprepared and non attentive, even texted visibly during the video interview. Asked same questions twice, supporting my feel that she didn't listen at all.

Great process. Met the recruiter for the role followed by the Hiring Manager and then onsite to meet a number of the team. Was very thorough and painted a great reflection of the role and the team. Was kept well updated throughout.

moved me quickly through the process, relatively simple and easy questions about how I've worked in the past, motivation, etc. I ended up not accepting their offer because I heard mixed things about the culture in this specific office.
