Interview
First I talked with a recruiter who was very kind and knowledgable on the role and then moved into an interview. From there, they let me know I was selected to move forward with a final interview. they were very respectful of my timeline with other opportunities and were able to get a final interview scheduled quickly. The final interview consisted of three 30 minute interviews with different levels of management. Very cool people. It took about 2.5 business days to receive their decision after that interview.

What are two of your biggest achievements followed by your biggest failure?
Classic interview process with multiple rounds. Recruiter screening, Next round was interview with the sales leader with MDR Experience. After that, more rounds with other sales leaders- all have mdr experience.

Made through 2 screenings. First easy basic recruiter screening. More about the story and cultural fit. The second interview was expected to be more talk about KPIs and technical.
3 stage interview. Solid and frequent communication with recruiter who goes above and beyond to prepare you for the interviews!
Stage 1: Discovery Call with Recruiter

Stage 3: Final Interview in office with Director of MDR + Sales Leader + Senior Manager

Great interview process! Met so many people from Account Executives to Managers to Directors and had an absolutely amazing recruiter! Everyone was engaging and informative! The process was thorough especially in behavioral based questions.
