Interview
Personality and basic skills (vocabulary, math, logic) test, then video screen with a recruiter, then in-person interview with hiring manager. Indicated desired salary to the recruiter, who said this was above the salary band, but suggested I be considered for manager or senior PM position. Got the offer for $10k less than the minimum I indicated. I politely declined and the recruiter did not even acknowledge.

Interview
It was a pleasant conversation with an emphasis on understanding risk management. They also set up interviews with other roles that I could succeed at. If you know the role you should be fine.

The first step of the interview process was two assessments for about 35 minutes. The first one was a personality assessment and the second one was a cognitive assessment (UCAT)
