Vertex Hospitality Group interview questions

I had a brief interview with HR, then had a two-part virtual interview with the hiring manager. It was supposed to be via MS Teams, but we encountered technical issues (an echo) - so we ended up speaking by phone. The interview with the hiring manager seemed to go well. She indicated that she agreed with my answers to most of her questions. We ran out of time after an hour, so she offered to call me the next day so we could continue our interview - and she could answer any questions that I had. That conversations seemed to go well too. I sent her a thank you email that evening asking about next steps, and expressing my continued interest in the position and my gratitude for the time she took to speak with me. I didn't hear back! I followed up a week later and didn't hear back then either! I followed up with HR and NOTHING! I'm disappointed that Vertex Hospitality Group ghosted me after I took the time to interview for this role. I would have preferred to receive a brief rejection email stating that they didn't feel I was the right fit for this role.

3 rounds in total. 1st round is a phone call, 2nd round is online, 3rd round is in person at their office in Flushing. Overall process was quick, but they ended up ghosting me completely. Didn't even bother letting me know if I got the job or not. Pretty obvious I didn't, given that the lack of communication (including ignoring my messages), but would've been nice to get a rejection letter at the very least.
