The interview is focused on programming tests such fizzbuzz, implementing searching and reviewing how you would structure a basic application. There are a few standard questions regarding database knowledge and evaluating code snippets for errors. They are not really interested in what you have done previously and will judge you based solely on their tests. You will be expected to either write code or pseudo-code on the spot. The company appears to be very laid back and when I arrived there was someone sleeping on couch in the lobby. If you like a traditional office this is probably not the place for your, if you want to twenty-something startup culture then you may fit in.
