I applied online. I interviewed at Vets Now (Dunfermline, Scotland)
Interview
Very relaxed process. Started in groups and had to pick a picture and describe how it related to you. Then sat next to call handlers who were taking calls, they were happy to answer any questions and processes involved in the job. Then met one of the managers who asked you questions on your own, asking why you want the job, what qualities you bring etc.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vets Now (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Dec 2020
Interview
The person was very vague and didn't get back to me for over a week after telling me to call her back multiple times but never answered. Once in interview she seemed busy and like she did not care or have anything prepared. Was very disappointing.
