The interview process consisted of three rounds. First, I had a phone screening with HR where we discussed my background and motivation for applying. The second round was a video interview with the Hiring Manager, who asked detailed questions about my sales experience and how I handle objections. The final round was a one-on-one with the CEO, which focused on strategic thinking and cultural fit. Each round was challenging but insightful, and I appreciated the professionalism and clarity throughout.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ViSenze in Mar 2022
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who introduced me to the company. I had an interview with the head of marketing and the head of HR. The interview was pretty standard and last 30 mins. They said they would contact back or through the recruiter to inform of next steps.
Nobody contacted me afterwards. I sent two emails to the recruiter, the only contact I actually had, asking for feedback. Unfortunately she never replied. The lack of professionalism and consideration is unacceptable.
