I did not receive a clear explanation about the product or its details, as the level of English was not adequate. Switching to their native language made it much easier.
They couldn't explain why the product has been receiving many complaints about its quality, nor what the current plans are to improve it. The same applies to the stock market situation, which highlights the financial state of the company. I guess they didn't like receiving these kinds of questions, but they admitted that there were recent layoffs.
