Contacted first by HR after filling out an application on line. After the first interview, moved to the second interview (Phone) with the hiring manager which went well. A third interview was set up on site. The on site consisted of several people from disciplines around the company. Each lasting between 30-45 minutes. Up to this point the experience had been positive. After the final interview, I did not receive a follow up email or call from the HR associated I was working with. After waiting approximately 7 days, I sent an email to the HR associate and received an out of office notification. OK I thought, I will wait until after the date on the email to inquire again. After another 10 days, I sent a followup email. Still no response. I ended up going to the Viasat Career portal to determine that I was not selected to continue in the hiring process. The lack of response by Viasat, given the time that had been committed by both them and I was disappointing.

Met with quite a few different manager for about 30 min each and discussed different things on my resume and expectations. It was nice, they paid for my lunch in the middle of the day and then they showed me around the campus. It was very impressive
