I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Temecula, CA) in Aug 2013
Interview
It was a group interview with approximately 5 other people. We started in the backroom of the store and then finished the interview in the food court. The interviewer would ask a question and then each interviewee had a chance to answer the question. It felt very competitive with everyone trying to one up each other's answers.

Question 1
How would you handle a difficult customer? What 3 words would you use to describe yourself?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
