    I worked at Victoria's Secret full-time

    Pros

Great benefits, great company values, great original ideas

    Cons

Carrying out those original ideas and executing them at Store level. Management not having a realistic expectation of what can be done then being managed on underperformance. The term 'managed out' being used way to often. No work life balance as rota constantly changed last minute.

    Advice to Management

Managers not managing people out of the company due to not liking someone through personal opinion. Support the generalist team as a team not just throw around orders

I worked at Victoria's Secret full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

New friends, good management, average pay and good benefits. Always the chance to work extra hours if you're looking to get extra pay. One third extra of your pay when you work more than 40h pw or on bank holidays.

    Cons

Disorganised - lots of different managers, every one telling you something different, sometimes even contrasting. This clearly can end up in a mess. A bit too monotone at times. I was at the Europe flagship store and it can be super tiring at times.

    Advice to Management

Make your minds up and make sure every one of you is informed when you change your minds! Be supportive of your staff when they're in trouble.
