I worked at Victoria's Secret full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good pay is the only positive but again they give you few hours

    Cons

I worked for Victoria’s Secret at Stratford store in London and i was really really excited in the beginning. Everything seemed wonderful the first period. Unforunately, this didn’t last long. Very soon i realised that things are truly different.
It was simply the management team against all the rest! They started being rude to me and asking things that are out of my responsibilities like going to the post office in my breaks and no pay for that. They never gave me a proper training. They just throw you in the store and expect the best from you. They embarassed me a lot of times in front of customers. The cherry on the pie was a time when a really rude customer was yelling at me and they did nothing. They were just looking. And they did nothing to support me instead they put me into troubles. That was when i said ‘enough is enough’!.
Of course i realised very soon why staff was always changing in the store. Nobody could suffer them!
They give you a good pay but most people worked a few hours so it doesn’t worth it. You will not have enough money to live. I was among the ‘lucky’ ones who worked full time. They care only about money and not for their employees. They treat you like garbage. So you will find something better for sure!!

    Advice to Management

Change your attitude to your employees. Without them you re honestly nothing. No money in your pockets! So simple! The funniest thing is that you self promote your store as the ‘best store to work in the UK’! Excuse me? The staff has totally the opposite opinion. I don’t think that this was even true!
