They conducted a group interview with about 6 other people. They asked questions about previous work experience/education and anyone could answer each question. It was a standard group interview process.

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
