I applied in-person. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied in store, and they called me to set up an interview. It was a group interview, they interviewed me and 4 or 5 other girls. They seemed to already know who they wanted to hire before they even asked us any questions. All the questions were really basic.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
